The sound proof cabinets are IP44 as standard.

However it you are going to be deploying these cabinets in an environment where amounts of dust may be present (for example a warehouse) the upgrade to IP 54 may be needed.

The kit consists of foam for the front air inlets and filters for the rear fans

An IP44 rating means that your product will be protected from solid particles that are over 1mm in size and from low velocity sprays of water from every direction

An IP54 rating means that your product will be protected against contamination from limited amounts of dust and other particles. Additionally, you can be confident that it will be protected from water sprays from all directions.
